Bio

A graduate of Duke University, Dr. Groh earned her medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She then completed her internship in internal medicine at The Christ Hospital, followed by a residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in pain management at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Dr. Groh practiced in Dayton for four years with Seiler-Scharf Anesthesiologists, later coming to Cincinnati to practice at the St. Luke, Bethesda North and Jewish Hospitals. She also served as medical director of the Pain Care Institute. She joined AAC and PMA in 2002. Dr. Groh is one of six physicians in our interventional pain practice through PMA and is also director of Women’s Health of The Christ Hospital.

Dr. Groh is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, with added qualifications in pain management, and by the American Board of Pain Medicine. She is involved in numerous pain and anesthesia professional societies.
